Lead the development of design solutions with a focus on technical accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
Review and approve design documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and constructability
Provide mentorship and guidance to design staff on technical matters and best practices
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate design with execution strategies
Manage design schedules, deliverables, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate with project managers to align design efforts with overall project goals and timelines
Monitor design progress and proactively resolve technical challenges
Implement and maintain design quality control processes
Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards and project requirements
Champion continuous improvement in design workflows and documentation
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support technical discussions
Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure design alignment
Support business development efforts with technical input when requested
