Meetings & Events Sales Lead

Connected Approach Partners is a premium retreat and meeting venue located in Farmington, CT. They are seeking a part-time Meetings & Events Sales Lead to grow venue bookings and manage sales efforts when the center is not in use for their leadership programs.

Events Services

Responsibilities

Generate new business across multiple markets: corporate teams, professional continuing education (CE) providers, training companies, pharma/biotech groups, nonprofits, and associations
Respond to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the booking process
Conduct professional on-site tours and walkthroughs
Create proposals and negotiate pricing within established guidelines
Build relationships with high-frequency buyers to drive recurring bookings
Maintain CRM and manage sales pipeline with accuracy
Partner directly with the CEO on sales strategy, priorities, and growth initiatives

Required

Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or venue coordination (entry-level with sales instincts or mid-level professional)
Comfortable with outreach, warm calling, and relationship-driven selling
Strong client-facing presence; polished, warm, and credible with professional audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Available for on-site work in Farmington, CT
