Engineering Intern
Vaupell is seeking an Engineering Intern to join their team, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equipment builds and machine component design. The intern will assist in developing and installing machine components, as well as performing mechanical engineering duties and supporting design activities.

Responsibilities
Perform mechanical engineering duties (3D Layout (Solidworks), Light Fabrication and Assembly, testing and production support) as assigned
Assist in component fabrication and testing
Work with Mechanical engineers to support any design activities
Write test protocols and perform product testing as required
Work productively both individually or as part of a team
Understanding of Microsoft Office suite of software
Good communication skills
Ability to use hand tools for mechanical repairs
Responsible for following all Vaupell policies and standard operating procedures and safety practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of Microsoft Office suite of software
Good communication skills
Ability to use hand tools for mechanical repairs
Responsible for following all Vaupell policies and standard operating procedures and safety practices
