Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections across multiple roofing systems and materials

Perform repairs on Shingle, Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), SPF, Acrylics, Silicone, Concrete/Clay Tile, and Modified Bitumen roofs

Replace or install roofing materials in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols

Collaborate with team members to complete residential and commercial repair projects

Provide accurate repair estimates based on system-specific needs

Document all work performed, including materials, repairs, and full replacements

Stay updated on roofing trends, tools, and techniques while attending required safety and material trainings
