They are seeking an Intern I - Lab Technician to support R&D functions in the Test Lab, where the intern will learn and practice test procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and execute impactful projects.

Responsibilities

You will learn and practice test procedures to familiarize yourself with equipment and processes
You will review test procedures and identify improvement opportunities for safety, quality, and/or delivery
You will execute an identified improvement opportunity that generates the highest impact

Qualification

Required

Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
You bring an open mind with a desire to learn and receive/act on feedback
You understand how to calculate Return on Investment (ROI) and apply this to improvement opportunities
You have a basic understanding or interest in Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) or Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) methodologies
