Build and activate new ISO partners
Improve submission, approval, and funding ratios through data-driven outreach
Maintain consistent, high‑quality touchpoints and educate partners on product/process updates
Track market shifts and share insights with leadership

Qualification

CRM proficiencyMCA/SMB lending processesData literacyConflict resolutionCommunication

Required

5+ years in consumer service sales or SMB lending
5+ years in a high‑speed work environment
Strong conflict‑resolution experience
Quick, solution‑oriented thinker with excellent communication
CRM proficiency; ability to interpret funnel metrics
Strong data literacy
Understanding of MCA/SMB lending processes

Preferred

MCA industry experience
