Responsibilities

Work embedded with AI engineers to understand active and upcoming work

Translate technical initiatives into clear timelines, status updates, and deliverables

Track work, dependencies, and risks using Jira, Monday, and related tools

Coordinate handoffs between engineering, product, operations, and leadership

Support sprint planning and delivery tracking in partnership with the Scrum Master

Maintain project documentation and serve as the source of truth for AI engineering work

Proactively surface blockers, changes in scope, and delivery risks

Required

3+ years experience in Project Management or Technical Program Management

Experience working closely with engineering or AI/ML teams

Able to communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused

Preferred

Experience supporting AI, data, or platform teams

Startup or fast-moving environment experience
