Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive product marketing plans to promote Windows commercial products
Lead commercial integrated marketing activities, including KPI-aligned strategy, creative and content development, copywriting, brand alignment, and project management
Support a centralized content approach, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging aligned with core narratives and priority customer journeys
Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies
Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI
Create and scale use-case/vertical content, demos, and customer stories, for demand generation
Manage agency and vendor PMs for campaign production, localization, and reporting
Publish outbound calendar and performance dashboards; drive optimization based on KPIs
Champion cross-functional collaboration; drive alignment across web, social, GTM, and other Windows marcomms teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and drive measurable impact
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business + OR equivalent experience
+3 years experience in product marketing or related field
Preferred
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business + OR equivalent experience
