Responsibilities
Research federal and state tax issues and prepare clear, practical documentation for both clients and colleagues
Partner with clients to optimize tax positions while ensuring compliance and readiness for changing regulations
Review complex returns across individuals, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and insight
Provide mentorship to staff by answering technical questions and supporting their professional growth
Contribute to the development of firmwide tax policies, quality standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in public accounting with a strong tax foundation
Demonstrated ability in technical tax research and clear, persuasive writing
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or EA designation
