Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a proficient level
Effectively present information and control meeting progress in on-on-one and group situations with employees, management, and outside vendors or business partners
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Visio or other workflow software
