They are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to support operations, including market research, due diligence, and underwriting for various real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Work on the Acquisitions Team to assist in the underwriting and analysis of prospective investments

Build and manipulate financial models using excel

Conduct in depth market research of prospective investment opportunities

Formulate business plans and present to senior management

Work closely with senior executives on various analytical projects

Analyze existing investments and capital event opportunities

Participate in the preparation of investment reports and presentations

Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic projects

Assist with transaction due diligence tasks
