Responsibilities
Assist in the development of advertising products by evaluating the business, understanding customer needs and value drivers, and crafting high impact growth strategies for the business
Partner with product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities
Manage financial and operational performance metrics for your business e.g. Weekly Business Reviews
Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), or experience using Oracle
Preferred
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
