Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic market plans across physical distribution channels
Analyze and support Nike Stores’ real estate finance objectives
Perform trade area and ecosystem analytics using GIS, demographics, mobile movement, and competitive intelligence
Develop scenario-based forecasts for openings, partner expansions, and omnichannel initiatives
Assess Nike Stores portfolio performance and recommend actions
Deliver presentations that connect data points to inform distribution strategy
Maintain location and partner databases; contribute to model and tool enhancements
Qualification
Required
Open to work in Beaverton, OR
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Finance, Data Science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
7+ years in retail real estate strategy, market planning, or spatial analytics
Proficiency in GIS and business intelligence tools (ArcGIS, Power BI, Excel)
Experience with forecasting, consumer insights, and post-opening evaluations
