Responsibilities

Join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face

Deliver solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change

Help uncover the true challenges behind a client’s strategy and create actionable plans that drive real change

Collaborate directly with clients to solve problems, refine strategies, and implement transformations

Equip clients with tools and knowledge to continue innovating and improving after we’ve left

Required

Bachelor's degree

1+ years of experience

Understanding and exposure to capital excellence & infrastructure, process improvement, product development, procurement, manufacturing & supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management

Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)

Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively

Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%
