Post invoices
Reconcile statements
Disburse checks
Balance statements and finalize data
Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system checks
Follow up on past due accounts and returned
Qualification
Required
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred)
