Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers
Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency
Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth
Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
Assist with board reporting, annual planning, and ad hoc strategic projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization)
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership
Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data
Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
MBA or CFA
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
