Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of Small Business product and merchandising managers aligned with business growth & career development
Digital Strategy: convert insights into strategic initiatives, define product requirements and roadmap in line with business objectives and technical constraints. Ensure the merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the online customer journey. Implementation of propensity-driven personalization: leverage models to deliver dynamic offers
Sales Funnel: evaluate funnel metrics, traffic sources, and conversion drivers; collaborate with analytics to improve lead quality and volume for new and existing customers. Drive deeper engagement and monetization of existing customers
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner across the organization to achieve business objectives, including UX/Design/content/legal/marketing/PR/sales/analytics . Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate product vision clearly, and foster agile development practices
Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, coordinating releases, and ensuring quality in digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce portals. Monitor KPIs and conduct analysis to continuously improve product performance and user engagement
