Channel Manager and Sales Lead
WheelHouse IT is a leading Managed Service Provider in the United States, and they are seeking a Channel Manager and Sales Lead to enhance their business community presence and strengthen partnerships. This role involves selling managed IT services and building a robust channel partner ecosystem to drive B2B growth.

Responsibilities
Developing and managing a strong channel partner ecosystem
Hosting and planning partner events, executive mixers, community engagements, and strategic B2B gatherings
Representing WheelHouse IT at industry events, conferences, association meetings, and local business functions
Building durable relationships with referral partners, technology vendors, and strategic alliances
Running new logo sales efforts tied to channel activity
Capturing every activity, communication, deal stage, and partner touchpoint in HubSpot
Preparing quarterly partner reviews and reporting performance to leadership
Working closely with marketing, engineering, and client services to maintain alignment
Qualification
Required
Experience in MSP sales, channel partnerships, B2B business development, or technology alliances
Demonstrated ability to plan, host, and execute events that drive engagement and opportunity
Comfortable networking as a core part of the job
Strong organizational skills with consistent CRM accuracy in HubSpot
Ability to communicate clearly with executives, business owners, and technical audiences
Professional presence with discipline in follow-through and relationship management
Based in South Florida with reliable transportation and the ability to be in the Fort Lauderdale HQ as needed
