Responsibilities
Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or similar role, overseeing 25+ employees on a nightly basis
Ability to work a consistent schedule with flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed
Background in the janitorial industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
Skilled in training, task delegation and motivating team to meet performance goals
Professional demeanor with team and customer, solutions driven and respectful of client directives
Familiarity with budgeting, labor forecasting and basic operational planning
Accountable, honest and willing to take ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement
Experience with recruiting is preferred
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
