Work independently and meet deadlines
Investigate and prosecute (administratively, civilly, and criminally) violations of the Delaware Securities Act
Administer provisions relating to the registration and licensing of securities and investment professionals
Pursue large and complex investigations and cases against attorneys in the country
Collaborate with colleagues from across North America on large-scale matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree
Admission to the Delaware Bar or a willingness to sit for the next available Delaware Bar Exam
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong commitment to serving the public interest

Relevant work experience
Familiarity with securities transactions and financial services
