Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking firm, and they are seeking an Analyst to join their Industrials team in Chicago. The role involves advising clients in the industrials sector on various financial transactions and developing analytical, communication, and marketing skills through exposure to the investment banking industry.

Responsibilities
Create and analyze financial models, performing scenario analyses and tests to examine the effects of client alternatives
Organize and prepare presentations, which explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals
Participate in and conduct due diligence sessions, a necessary component of financial transactions
Maintain client communication to help Goldman Sachs structure client transactions
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting related discipline is preferable
Experience with modelling and financial statements analysis
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Ability to work flexibly as part of multiple teams and autonomously
Ability to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload
Preferred
Current experience as an investment banking analyst
Industrials banking and transaction experience preferred
