Manager, Workday Adaptive Lead

KPMG is a leading advisory firm currently seeking a Manager, Workday Adaptive for their Consulting practice. The role involves leading Workday Adaptive Planning projects, supporting business development, and managing day-to-day activities of EPM Advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday Adaptive Planning / EPM projects involving strategy, implementation support, optimization related to Information Technology, security and EPM use cases
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
Lead the day-to-day activities of EPM Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies

Required

Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning lead
Lead consulting implementation experience
Minimum of Five full life cycle implementations with Adaptive Insights as a Lead or Architect and certification in Workday Adaptive Insights or Planning (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesnt currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning design, Process alignment
Detailed understanding of ERP and EPM System concepts and general functionality
Detailed understanding of Adaptive Insights processes and best practices
Ability to travel
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
