Required

EA/Workday/ServiceNow Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles, with 6+ years in ServiceNow or Workday
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of workday tools like extend and orchestrate
AI knowledge: Must have knowledge of MCP, Agentic flows, Agent construction and backend API connectivity experience
Integrations: Solid 8+ years experience with handing various types of integrations
Soft Skills: Candidates should have a strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders
