Responsibilities

Leads all phases of Perficient's Organizational Change Management Methodology including discovery to define, design, enable, and measure success of the change strategy
Leads and assists subordinate (Perficient or client) Change resources in project delivery
Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders

Required

Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in delivery of change management
Previous consulting experience
Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
Management Consulting and project management experience
Strong client management and executive level communications skills
Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition
Fluent and current on Change Management trends
Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-user training (web-based authoring experience preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives
Experience working with a globally distributed team
Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills
Experience leading internal teams
Be independent, self driven and comfortable with ambiguity
Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations

Preferred

Advanced degree/education preferred
BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role
Change Management certification
IT System Implementation
Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
