Responsibilities

Receiving, In-process and Final inspections
Primary operator for the dedicated metrology equipment – CMM, Optical comparator etc

Qualification

CMM operationGD&T interpretationMetrology equipment experienceNon-conformance reportingVisual product inspectionsMachinist experienceDetail orientedTeam player

Required

Ability to read, understand, and interpret internal and customer provided mechanical prints including GD&T
Basic experience with a wide variety of metrology equipment including CMM, Optical comparator, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc
Visual Product Inspections – Surface Cosmetics of Plated/Painted and bare material parts
Generate Clear and concise Non-conformance Reports
Able to work overtime
Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail Oriented
Reliable and dependable
Positive customer focused attitude
Enjoys fast pace and rapidly changing environment
Honest with stellar integrity

Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Experience with operating manual and/or automated CMM a plus
Preference will be given to candidates with prior machinist experience
