Responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with hardware and software engineers in support of integration and development
Develop test scenarios and perform data analysis in MATLAB
Lead an Agile based scrum team, present progress to program management, and manage work backlog
Collaborate alongside IPT leads to develop systems engineering documentation and product development deliveries
Control Account Management (CAM) duties to manage cost, schedule, and risk through system development
Perform technical planning, verification and validation, and decomposition of customer requirements into technical and functional performance parameters
Support lab and flight testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, master's degree with 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
U.S Citizenship is required
A current / active DoD Secret Clearance is required
Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
3 years of experience executing MATLAB scripts
Experience with Agile software development (PI Planning, 2-week sprint cycles, etc.)

Familiarity with AESA Radar Tracking algorithms and Tracking architecture
Active SAP Clearance
