Responsibilities
Provides high level administrative, organizational and analytical support to Revenue Cycle Department and Vice President
Independently organize and manage specific processes and information
Coordinate the exchange of confidential and complex information between these areas and internal or external constituents
Research and provide information in a timely manner necessary for Revenue Cycle leadership to make critical operational decisions
Performs routine clerical duties as requested
Provides administrative support to the Administrative Manager as necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years experience working in a role that provides administrative support to a leadership position
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to create and produce complex reports using computer programs such as Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations for approval
Preferred
Knowledge of UC policies and procedures
Knowledge of The Joint Commission requirements for personnel files
Knowledge of JCAHO requirements
