Change Manager
Horizontal Talent is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change management efforts for a strategic IT Transformation Program. This role focuses on developing strategies for change management, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for change management, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
Identify potential risks and devise strategies for mitigating resistance to change
Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business leads to ensure alignment with project objectives
Create and deliver engaging change-related communications and training materials for diverse audiences
Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments for success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field
Over 3 years of experience in change management within IT environments
Familiarity with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management
Preferred
Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP
Experience with large-scale enterprise IT implementations, including ERP, CRM, or cloud migration
