Responsibilities
Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
Assist with check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
Provide clear, compassionate communication — especially in emergency or emotional situations
Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Qualification
Required
Experienced in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
