Technical Sales Manager
Kingspan Insulation is a global leader in energy-efficient and moisture management solutions, seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with distribution and fabrication partners across the Southeast U.S. This role focuses on promoting advanced insulation technologies and requires managing customer accounts, driving profitable sales, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive adoption of Kingspan’s technical insulation product portfolio across target markets
Create and implement a territory plan that aligns with business objectives, identifies key growth opportunities, and delivers measurable results
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders - including distributors, fabricators, global EPC firms, mechanical engineers, and contractors - to understand project needs and deliver tailored solutions
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, leveraging CRM tools and market insights to forecast sales and achieve growth targets
Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor, providing product training, application guidance, and responsive customer service to ensure successful outcomes
Deliver exceptional post-sale support, proactively following up on opportunities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining alignment with company policies and service standards
Represent Kingspan at industry events and trade association meetings, enhancing brand visibility and promoting product solutions to targeted audiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams to align resources and drive customer success
Champion a culture of safety, consistently performing duties in accordance with safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment across all activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Industrial Technology, or Business
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience with insulation products or related materials in at least one of the following segments: technical, residential, commercial, or industrial
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in both languages
Proven success as a Sales Manager with a strong record of revenue growth and account development
Ability to understand and articulate complex engineered solutions, including product specifications and performance benefits
Skilled in translating technical features into customer value, using a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and close high-value sales
Strong prospecting and forecasting capabilities, with a strategic mindset for territory and market development
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented and resourceful approach
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship management
Proficiency in business software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write complex reports and correspondence
Must be able to communicate orally and written in English
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to forecast accurately
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situations
Valid driver's license with record clean enough to be acceptable to our insurance carrier

Candidates with experience across multiple segments or with cross-functional exposure will be strongly considered
