Responsibilities

Institutionalize workforce planning and AI-informed job design approaches to ensure alignment between business and talent strategy
Use analytics and emerging job/skills intelligence to forecast workforce capability needs, provide insights into AI’s impact on work design, and drive skills transformation efforts
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage AI to optimize structures, workflows, and collaboration models that enhance talent effectiveness and engagement
Identify, prioritize, and pilot AI use cases that directly enhance the efficiency and experience of talent practices through redesigned workflow (e.g. talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent planning and career development)
Lead cross-functional teams to map HR processes and integrate AI solutions into future HR workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact on talent outcomes
Monitor emerging technologies and recommend tools that empower employees and managers to make data-driven talent decisions
Partner with HR leadership to define talent strategies that leverage AI to identify, develop, and deploy skills for current and future business needs
Collaborate with HR CoEs and HRBPs to design and implement upskilling, reskilling, and career mobility programs powered by AI insights
Build frameworks and education to elevate AI literacy and digital fluency across HR and the broader workforce
In partnership with People Analytics, develop and maintain dashboards that track talent development, employee experience, and productivity metrics enabled by AI
Quantify and communicate the impact of AI-driven HR initiatives on employee performance, retention, and satisfaction
Build business cases for AI investments that demonstrate clear ROI in terms of talent growth, workforce agility, and organizational effectiveness
Contribute to governance frameworks for ethical AI use, data privacy, and fairness in talent processes
Lead change management efforts to build buy-in for talent-centric AI transformation, addressing resistance and enabling adoption
Influence and collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, the Data & AI CoE, and business units to drive talent-focused change and build momentum

Required

8-10 years progressive HR/talent/OD/workflow redesign/digital transformation experience; 5+ years leading cross‑functional change in global matrix environments
3-5 years leading talent-centric AI/ML or advanced people analytics initiatives in HR or adjacent functions, including pilots → scaled adoption with measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills with a track record of defining talent metrics, building workforce analytics, and writing business cases that link investment to talent and productivity outcomes
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (e.g., HR, Data Science, Business, Org Psych)
2-5 years experience enhancing impact of HR technology programs (e.g. Workday HRIS, talent marketplace/internal mobility) in partnership with HR Technology
2+ years applied GenAI (e.g., copilots/agents embedded in HR processes), with evidence of responsible AI governance, stakeholder buy‑in, and measured improvement (cycle time, quality, EX)

Preferred

Master's degree preferred (e.g., HR, Data Science, Business, Org Psych)
