Responsibilities

Support and analyze incentive compensation plans for our global sales organization that align with established financial and sales models
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of variable compensation; validate and monitor payment of incentive compensation plan components and commissions
Develop and maintain business partnerships with FP&A, People Operations, Legal, and Sales/Marketing leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals
Maintain, and update variable compensation systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales compensation metrics
Develop and document procedures to streamline variable compensation systems processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required

Experience in finance, accounting, or data analyst roles
Experience with some the following platforms: Salesforce, Anaplan(or similar sales compensation tool), Tableau, Zuora, NetSuite, and related SaaS business tools
Basic familiarity with SaaS market trends and the execution of effective processes to support compensation strategies in a SaaS environment
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial management & modeling experience
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree

Preferred

Preferred experience in dealing in variable and commission compensation
