Datalink Support Specialist
Gogo is a leading company in aviation services, and they are seeking a Datalink Support Specialist to join their Flight Deck Services team. The role involves setting up services, providing training, and troubleshooting for business aviation customers, while maintaining strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration
Provide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipment
Communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changes
Create & maintain user guides
Support sales team with customer opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
2-4 years' experience in Aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
~10% travel required
Proven strong customer service and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications, desired
Has worked with satellite communications, desired
Knowledge of aircraft avionics, desired
Pilots license (private or better) preferred
