Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis that will include pro-forma model analysis, corporate financial models, and DCF models
Evaluate capital investment projects, acquisitions, and developments through comprehensive financial modeling and scenario analysis
Provide transaction support as needed
Develop and maintain robust management reporting packages, including key financial metrics, performance dashboards, and variance analysis reports
Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in transaction advisory, private equity, or consulting. Real estate experience highly preferred
M&A experience required
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate platforms is a plus
Strategic thinker capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

CFA or MBA preferred
Real estate experience highly preferred
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate platforms is a plus
