Director/ExecutiveAcceleration Academies is dedicated to transforming the lives of students through personalized learning and innovative educational practices. The Vice President of Growth will oversee business development and sales strategy, driving enrollment growth and building relationships with school districts and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Execute on the organization’s growth strategy, including sales, partnerships, and market expansion
Build and maintain strategic relationships with school districts, state agencies, and community partners
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, complex negotiations, and long-term relationship management
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and innovative business models aligned with the organization’s mission
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and initiatives
Represent Acceleration Academies at conferences, industry events, and with high-level stakeholders
Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics, sales performance, and market trends
Ensure consistent delivery of a high-value experience for partner districts and schools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing complex initiatives
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders
Ability to work remotely and travel regionally or nationally as needed (up to 25–40%)
A deep commitment to serving non-traditional learners and improving student outcomes through innovative education models
Preferred
Deep understanding of K–12 education systems, funding models, and decision-making processes
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
