Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end technical federal proposal development process, including strategy development, content creation, and proposal submission
Collaborate as a senior leader with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, technical and proposal writers, and PMs to gather and develop proposal content
Lead and manage proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to ensure timely submission and adherence to requirements
Responsible for senior level capture management and strategy
Manage and review all proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, compliant, and compelling
Lead proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Responsible for hands-on proposal writing
Drive cross-functional collaboration at the senior level with Business Development and pricing team to define the win strategy, solution architecture, and resource allocation for complex, high-value proposals
