They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of DTC pharma/health client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and developing innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of DTC pharma/health client accounts, overseeing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical and healthcare direct-to-consumer landscape, aligning with client goals and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and technology, to deliver exceptional results within the regulated healthcare environment
Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators, with a keen understanding of ROI in DTC health campaigns
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion within the evolving DTC pharma/health market
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects, with a strong emphasis on DTC pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
Demonstrated knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation in healthcare
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies for healthcare products to diverse stakeholders
