Senior Compensation Consultant
Phoenix Children's is a leading pediatric health system dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare for children and their families. The Senior Compensation Consultant will provide compensation consultation and analysis to managers and directors, assist in job description development, and oversee compensation policies and practices.

Responsibilities
Monitors internal equity and application of compensation policies and practices. Conducts benchmark surveys annually and as needed; maintains and recommends job grade assignment consistent with current market data
Develops and maintains job codes, salary grades, position control and FLSA status for all positions. Reviews compensation-related Personnel Action Forms and hire-in rates to ensure internal equity is maintained
Develops and maintains job descriptions including maintaining the job description software program; provides guidance to management and employees
Provides advice to management on pay decisions, policy, and guideline interpretation, job description development, and evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
Participates in compensation-related committees; i.e., Pay Practice Committee, Recognition Committee, etc
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible compensation experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business or Human Resources
Experience using Performance Management software
Lawson HRIS experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
