Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent pipelines to meet hiring needs
Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and internal policies in all talent acquisition activities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Identify, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to recommend top talent for hiring managers
Administer assessments, tests, and evaluations to assess candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit
Promote the organization's employer brand, values, and culture to attract and retain top talent
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and source effectiveness to optimize recruitment efforts
Utilize recruitment technology tools, applicant tracking systems, and digital platforms to streamline recruitment processes
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two or more years of relevant experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent
