Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to RIA clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored technology solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage project scope, risks, and issues
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in financial technology, including Artificial Intelligence, continuously improving and expanding our technology offerings
Discover industry leading technology solutions and lead evaluation process
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal use and integration of technology platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
Analyze issues, identify key variables and develop appropriate solutions
Extraordinary level of customer service and support to advisors
Build relationships with advisors
Establish cooperative working relationships with various business units and strategic partners
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Maintain confidentiality of information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Operation of basic software programs (i.e., Microsoft Office)
Regular and predictable work attendance
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years previous experience in a Technology Consulting, Product and/or training role
Familiarity with the FinTech space
Understanding and/or experience in an advisory based financial business
Knowledge of agile development
Experience with translating end customer needs to technical requirements and user stories
Knowledge of Financial Advisor technology tools (i.e., Orion, Black Diamond, Salesforce)
