New Grad, Entry LevelPalmer Trucks is a full-service Kenworth dealership network serving multiple states. They are seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy and medium duty trucks, performing tasks such as maintenance, installation, and repairs on various vehicle types.

Responsibilities
Perform recommended routine maintenance procedures
Perform diagnostic tests for issues failures and performance
Determine a course of action for damaged parts and systems
Routinely use computerized equipment and specialized tooling
Completes assigned repairs and tasks in a timely and safe manner
Accurately records time, cause and correction on Repair Orders
Test components that may require to drive trucks before and after repairs
Participate and completes technical training and professional development
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Knowledge of basic Computer skills and Repair Order Processing Software
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate office equipment, mechanical tools such as wrenches, sockets, grips, air tools, and other basic shop tools
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach in order to perform tasks on truck components
Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs – 150 lbs. unassisted
