Responsibilities

Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement process along with tracking current and future jobs, reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications

Assist with scheduling, assisting in the development of the scope of work with subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reporting

Communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners

Create and respond to requests for information (RFI)

Develop, process, and track equipment, materials, and informational submittals, as well as process change orders, create billing breakdowns, and conduct estimates
