The Project Management Supervisor will provide leadership and direction for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers on capital construction projects, overseeing statewide project management teams and developing training programs.

Responsibilities
Providing leadership and direction for Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) on activities associated with transmission line and substation capital construction projects
Overseeing statewide project management teams in Area Development
Developing training programs for these teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or related field
Advanced degree and/or PE/PMP certification is a plus
Formal supervisory experience with performance management responsibilities is a plus
A minimum of 5 years combined experience in any of the following areas is preferred: Transmission Planning, Transmission Design/Engineering, Transmission Construction, Transmission Maintenance & Support, Transmission Operations, and/or Power Delivery Project Management
Proven experience in successfully managing internal and external relationships
Knowledge of contract administration
Proven leadership abilities and commitment to Safety Excellence
Familiarity with project management principles and techniques including the Gated Process preferred
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the transmission system, engineering principles, electric operating practices, construction practices, land requirements and regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and general business practices
Strong ability to collaborate with PMO Leadership and various GPC partners (Land, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Transmission Operations, Transmission Maintenance & Support, Transmission Planning, Capital Portfolio Manager, etc.)
