Safelite is a company focused on influencing business performance through financial analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will manage materials cost of sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities

Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making

Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct procurement, demand planning, product sourcing, inventory control and other finance teams

Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management

Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders

Mentor more junior team members

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required

4-6 years experience relevant experience required

Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting
