2+ years expCPH is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join their growing Architectural Team. This role involves supporting the design process through presentations, schematic design, and construction documentation while collaborating with a diverse project team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural presentations, design, and construction documents using REVIT
Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, consultants, and clients, to ensure cohesive design integration
Research and interpret relevant codes and client requirements to inform design decisions
Implement and utilize established REVIT standards, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality
Prepare specifications and review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy
Conduct periodic travel for building investigations, measurements, and construction observation, including the preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits
Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines for submittal to agencies with jurisdiction
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in REVIT, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software's platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgement
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines
Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
