Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated test software solutions for Electronic Warfare systems

Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test Engineers throughout the Product Development Lifecycle

Provide technical leadership and status updates to program management and team members

Lead engineers on multiple projects/tasks as circumstances dictate

Interface with other engineering disciplines as necessary

Required

BS degree and 6+ years of experience

Cost Account management experience using earned value techniques and practices

Proficient in National Instruments Test Stand

Automated test design for a production environment

Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication

Proficiency in Object-oriented programming (C/C++/C# etc.)

Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies

Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature

Strong leadership skills

Experience in leading engineers on multiple projects/tasks

Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Preferred

Active Secret clearance

The ideal candidate would be familiar or experienced in: Instrument Communication

Network analyzers

Spectrum analyzers

Microwave/RF measurements

VSWR

S-Parameters

etc

Experience with the entire product life cycle development or parts of it: Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, integration of test SW with test stands, and sell-off to customers

Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, PNA-X etc.)

Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools

Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution

Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog a plus)

JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution

Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

Git and Tortoise Git

Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature

Experience with HW debug & troubleshooting
