Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs across diverse stakeholder groups to advance key business initiatives and operational excellence
Drive and own program streams within the roadmap, defining milestones and ensuring timely delivery
Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional partners—Order Management and Execution, Supply and Demand Planning, Spares Planning, HR Business Partners, IT, and Operations Executives
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders, drive consensus, and accelerate decision-making
Champion Role Communities to accelerate skill development and BKM proliferation
Create compelling recommendations and reports using data-driven insights and effective storytelling to enable informed decisions
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and insights across teams and functions to ensure transparency and alignment
Champion change management initiatives and training programs across the Global Operations ecosystem
Role model the use of the Lam Management System and effective escalation to achieve established goals in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 12+ years' experience; or equivalent experience
10 years of progressive experience of program management in a large corporation
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
A natural leader and catalyst who excels at facilitating decisions, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively at all levels
Highly resourceful and creative in overcoming challenges, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
A strategic thought partner who demonstrates forward-thinking abilities while upholding Lam's Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles
Proven success in global, high-tech, and matrixed organizations
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience with Six Sigma and lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
