Responsibilities

Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy, trends and potential efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output
Identifying Requirements - Determines functional requirements and communicates them using requirements documents and functional specifications. Identifies recurring issues that affect system processes, assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis
Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and potential areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results
System Support - Provides expert functional support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Partners with IT to implement recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on the PeopleSoft Financials system and data output

Qualification

PeopleSoft FinancialsData AnalysisSQLNVisionFunctional Requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred

PeopleSoft General Ledger experience
nVision experience
SQL experience
