The role involves overseeing all business and non-instructional elements of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with state and federal requirements while fostering collaboration among the two districts.

Responsibilities
Oversee all business administration and manage contracted services for technology, facilities, transportation, nutrition, and superintendent services
Ensure operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with state and federal requirements
Lead the hiring process for a Finance Clerk and work closely with them
Qualification
Required
Strong background in organizational leadership, budgeting, personnel supervision, and collaborative governance
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in school district or education service administration
Demonstrated knowledge of school business operations, facilities management, transportation systems, technology systems, and child nutrition services, as well as a demonstrated mastery of reading, reasoning, and interpreting policies, contracts, and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Physical ability to perform duties as required, including attending evening meetings and responding to emergencies
Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) and ongoing relevant professional development
Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
