Responsibilities

Pipeline accountability: Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target across demand channels
Strategy & planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute integrated demand strategies across the full funnel
Channel execution: Drive execution across core demand channels including paid media, events, partner marketing, affiliate programs, and organic initiatives
Systems and operations: Partner with revenue operations to build measurement, attribution, and optimization infrastructure that identifies where to invest and where to pull back; report pipeline performance to leadership
Find new growth levers: Identify and test new channels, strategies, and tactics to expand the demand engine

Required

4-6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
Strong execution skills - you can independently own programs from strategy through results
Startup experience - comfortable with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and hands-on work
Proven track record driving results against significant marketing budgets
Analytical mindset - data-driven decision making and ROI optimization
Program management - diverse skillset that can manage multi-channel demand program: events, paid, campaigns, organic, affiliate

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce tech, Shopify ecosystem, or selling to DTC brands
Deep HubSpot expertise (workflows, reporting, attribution)
Background in content marketing or product marketing
Has scaled demand gen at early-stage startups ($3M-$20M ARR)
